🔹Prepare for online and inhouse meetings (required cases)
🔹Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
🔹 Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
🔹Providing support to software installation
🔹Providing support to printer using and solving issues
🔹Buying computer accessories (current costs to compare) and report to BOD
🔹Reporting to relevant BOD for overall process

Job Requirements
🔹Any graduate with IT Diploma or related certificates.
🔹Over 2 years worked experience in IT field
🔹Must have knowledge of system administration and business process
🔹Must have knowledge of Software & Hardware development
🔹Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
