  1. Sells products by maintaining good customer relationship and managing staff.
  2. Be able to hit the sales target 
  3. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing 
  4. Plan daily PJP, day trips and monthly trips to the regions and assign to team member
  5. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  6. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  7. Maintains and expands customer base by coaching sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
  8. Lead & report month to month Sales status to management.
  9. Can be family with Region (Lower) .
  10.  Strong experiences in regional sale managements  and Deaker /Depot controlling .

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in management  Position (FMcG Sector preferred).
  2.  Age above 30 years.
  3. Solid background in Sales Mangements.
  4. Sale Plan , Way Plan & Marketing Skills must needed.
  5. Working knowledge of standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and email.
  6. Able to travel in a job description & if necessary, able to drive.
  7. Communication & Teamwork must be skillful.
