Job Description

  • Take full responsibility and accountability for total sales volume, revenue, selling cost, distribution, and AR collection across all channels.
  • Lead and manage distributors in assigned areas and resolve distributor-related issues effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable market insights. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, DMS ordering process, PJP process, and SR BCP.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of Distributor (DT) data. Ensure timely submission of sales, KPI, and business performance reports.
  • Develop tactical action plans for distributors and key customers. Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales business plans.
  • Train, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular business reviews with all assigned distributors.
  • Manage key customers and conduct monthly visits to top customers.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing programs in line with company guidelines, focusing on distribution, merchandising, and sales growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 7 years of Sales experience, with strong FMCG background preferred.
  • Strong experience in Distributor Management and Yangon Market.
  • Good understanding of FMCG sales operations, distribution, merchandising, and market coverage.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Experience in developing and managing PJP (Planned Journey Plan).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and business planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned areas when required.
