A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Drive the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly volume and value targets in the assigned area.
  • Regularly visit the market to monitor stocks, shelf space (merchandising), and competitor activities.
  • Supervise local distributors to ensure adequate stock levels, timely delivery, and credit management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives or Van Sales.
  • Identify and open new retail outlets to increase numeric distribution.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and inventory status to the NSM.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, and in a supervisory role (FMCG background preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and territorial planning skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile sales apps (SFA).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
