Responsible for TE (SCM & EVM Business)

  • Monitor sales target by monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Execute Sales Plan, Trade Promotion and Incentive to sales team
  • Work cross-functional and collaborate with Century Sales Team
  • Responsible for monthly report

Food Service Channel Development

  • Develop and expand food service channels, focusing on chain of restaurant, teashop and food factory
  • Train and develop team to be professional in Food Service Channel

Teashop Hunting

  • Manage personnel and develop hunter teams
  • Hunt and maintain teashops in nationwide area
  • Manage Display and our visibility in teashops
  • Execute in-store activities in teashop
  • Expand and jump up business of SCM in teashop channel

Job Requirements

  • Graduate &  Diploma in Sale Management . 
  • 3-5 years in Sales Manager experience .
  • Solid traditional trade, open trade market understanding is required.  
  • Food service understanding is Preferred.
  • Team management.
  • Solid understanding in general trade.
  • English for communication level is required.
