  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,  
  • revenue, and expense controls. 
  • Need to meet planned sales goals. 
  • Setting individual sales targets and instructions with the sales team. 
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results to Management  as necessary. 
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and handle team to  
  • achieve teamwide growth. 
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts 
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for  
  • improvement, and implement them. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team 
  • environment 
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. 
  • The ongoing field training, coaching of your salespeople. 
  •  Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product 
  • knowledge  education. 
  • Promoting the organization and products as company’s core Value. 
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. 
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and 
  • suggest  corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder 
  • M.B, B.S (or) B.Med. Tech (Laboratory) or Medical (Laboratory) background  ( more preferable) 
  • Must have Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management 
  • Must have over 3 years working experience as similar role in Medical Field 
  • (IVD sales & marketing field).  
  • Perfect computer skill and can communicate with English language 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Taking accountability and responsibility 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills 
  • Must be able to travel throughout Myanmar. 
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
