  • Translate national sales objectives into actionable regional plans and volume targets.
  • Manage and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure they hit their respective territory KPIs.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage top-tier distributors within the region to ensure product availability.
  • Manage regional budgets for trade promotions, marketing materials, and sales incentives.
  • Provide high-level feedback on regional competitor moves, pricing shifts, and wholesaler trends.
  • Review regional sales data weekly to identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in FMCG sales, with at least 2–3 years managing multiple areas or a large sales force.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and high-level negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar (ability to present to senior management).
  • Extensive travel across the assigned region is required.
