Requirements
Location:Must be based in Mandalay with in-depth knowledge and operational familiarity with the upper Myanmar/Mandalay market.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience:7+ years of FMCG management experience (Beverage distribution background highly preferred).
Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel for sales analytics, reporting, and demand forecasting.
Leadership:Proven track record in leading, directing, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
Mobility:Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive for market visits and client meetings across the territory.
