  • MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles
  • Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with good presentation skills
