Job Description

  • Manages the team's day-to-day activities to ensure all processes are handled accurately, timely, and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels like phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to customers in using and troubleshooting the ticketing solutions and CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and discussions including inquiries, resolutions, and leads identified.
  • Assist in the development of user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to enhance customer self-service.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the development team for continuous product improvement.
  • Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree or related diploma (Business Management, Marketing)
  • Proven 3 to 5 experience in retail, e-commerce business, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing solutions and CRM software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zohodesk and Xcally.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn about software features and updates for effective communication.
  • Upper intermediated level in English (4 Skills).
