  • Work Locations: Bago, Tanintharyi, and Ayeyarwady Regions 
  • Manage and oversee regional maintenance projects in line with client specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for seamless project delivery.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
  • Develop and mentor O&M teams for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare timely reports and documentation for internal and client use.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant Diploma in Electrical, Telecommunications, IT Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of managerial experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments effectively.
  • Strong technical, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Internet tools.
  • Good knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned regions within Myanmar.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Myanmar
