Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare Project BOQ and cost estimation for MEP projects
  • Support and assist Site Layout and Construction Drawings review
  • Coordinate with Project Teams for Mechanical QS-related activities
  • Monitor material quantities, cost calculation, and project budget control
  • Prepare quotation comparison, material costing, and project documentation
  • Assist in project progress claims and subcontractor quantity verification
  • Support tender and estimation processes for new projects
  • Perform other QS and engineering tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • BE (Mechanical) or related engineering degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Mechanical QS or MEP projects
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical Design and Material Price / Cost Estimation
  • Good understanding of BOQ preparation and quantity calculation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
  • Good communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation software is an advantage
  • Able to coordinate effectively with site and project teams, Sales Teams
  • Strong analytical and calculation skills
  • Good communication and teamwork ability
  • Detail-oriented and responsible mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner with proactive working attitude
