Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Accountable for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable deadlines and works closely with the AR/AP Accountants and other internal teams to ensure those deadlines are met 
  • Communicates and Problem Solves when questions/issues are initiated from other departments 
  • Actively monitors accounts receivable collections/ payable payments and effectively communicates with Customers/ Vendors
  • Prepare C&R for each job and analysis for management
  • Monitor cash flow and ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Professional certification such as ACCA is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel and Power point
