Review for Finance reports - MRP, Dashboard, Comparison analysis and other related reports are prepared accurately and timely manner
Ensure above all reports are as per requirements and guideline from Retail main reporting team
Review and Providing guidance as necessary for classification and allocation of expenses across the various service types and also handle service inquires and requests if team can’t handle
Review and Monitor weekly report to Management for all current operations compare with budget and last Year
Review monthly reports balances of all accounts receivables, payables balances and inter company’s and e-commerce AP&AR are accurate and report submitted in timely manner
Monitor and verify inventory transactions, transfer pricing and marketing/admin items at AX and D365 (eg. OEM, intercompany transactions, etc.)
Review report for monthly data in compare with last year data and trend
Review and ensure that Monthly closing and financial year ground count inventory at D365 system is accurate and timely
Review and make sure to submit Monthly comparison report to Retail main reporting team
Assist for questions and queries from external Audit purpose and make sure all supporting documents are in ready for Audit visit.
Work closely with operation teams (e.g. Capital (CREL, G&G, Capital Lat Kar & CCN team) for new projects or ongoing functions for system entries and understanding of flow by working closely with Finance ERP team
Review and involve in yearly budget preparation process by working closely with management and understand every cost line and present to Budget focal person then present to Head of Finance accordingly
Review and analyze for budget and actual variances for all OPEX items and prepare short term forecast to foreseen as OPEX control
Finding out any other risk areas which are related for system or data entry or operation matters accordingly
Any other ad hoc task assigned by Head of Finance and business management

Job Requirements

Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Prefer ACCA Affiliate candidates
Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with management role
Good communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good Email Writing and English 4 Skills
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
