Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

       Under the overall supervision of the General Manager (HR) and the direct supervision of Senior Manager (HR), the Assistant HR Manager (Learning & Development) will perform the following learning and development duties and responsibilities;

1. Learning & Development

 . Responsible for implementing annual training programme as planned.

 . Perform training needs analysis based on performance results.

 . Ensure all training records are maintained and updated.

 . Plan and Track training budgets, monitor and report accordingly.

2. Reporting

  . Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports and submit regularly to HR General Manager/ Senior Manager.

  . Prepare monthly and yearly training budget report.

Job Requirements

1. Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management or equivalent.

2. Minimum (3) years working experience in learning and development.

3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

4. Experience in educating and coaching staff.

5. Good understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws.

6. Competancy in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
