Job Requirements
University-level education.
Diploma in HRM/ HRD.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or support role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
