Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs, logistics, and vendor arrangements.
Support Learning & Development (L&D) activities including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and maintaining the LMS.
Employee Engagement & Well-being
Support employee engagement activities, career development initiatives, and well-being programs.
Prepare internal communication for training, events, and engagement activities.
Collect employee feedback and recommend improvements.
HR Operations & Administration
Supervise HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates.
Ensure accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee SSB, income tax submissions, and HR-related payments.
Manage and organize employee files (physical and digital).
Employee Relations
Act as first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Provide HR policy guidance to employees and line managers.
Support HRBP Managers in handling employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Help foster positive employee relations to improve morale and retention.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, local labor laws, and compliance.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
