Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs, logistics, and vendor arrangements.

  • Support Learning & Development (L&D) activities including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.

  • Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and maintaining the LMS.

Employee Engagement & Well-being

  • Support employee engagement activities, career development initiatives, and well-being programs.

  • Prepare internal communication for training, events, and engagement activities.

  • Collect employee feedback and recommend improvements.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Supervise HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates.

  • Ensure accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Oversee SSB, income tax submissions, and HR-related payments.

  • Manage and organize employee files (physical and digital).

Employee Relations

  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Provide HR policy guidance to employees and line managers.

  • Support HRBP Managers in handling employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

  • Help foster positive employee relations to improve morale and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, local labor laws, and compliance.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
