  • Design and manage competitive salary and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employment contracts (ECs) and related documentation
  • Manage and protect employee data using HRIS systems
  • Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis
  • Support annual reviews, bonus plans, and payroll coordination
  • Administer benefits such as insurance, leave, and SSB

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor law, tax, and social security
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with HR systems and employment contract handling
