Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and supervise office and showroom security, cleanliness, facility management, and daily operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Oversee company vehicle management, including vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, fuel monitoring, servicing, and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, renovation projects, repair works, and vendor management to maintain workplace standards and safety.
  • Handle office supply purchasing, vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and procurement processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Arrange and support staff travelling processes including transportation, accommodation, scheduling, and travel-related administration.
  • Monitor and control company assets, inventory records, stock movement, and asset maintenance to ensure proper utilization and accountability.
  • Lead, supervise, and support executives, supervisors, and team members to achieve departmental goals and operational efficiency.
  • Carry out special assignments and instructions from management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare administrative reports, operational documentation, and department-related records when required.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers for smooth administration operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or Administration Diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Administration, Office Management, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools such as Google Meet and Google Drive.
  • Experience in office administration, facility management, vendor management, and government liaison is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
