Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for applications, including defining product vision, strategy, and goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, Network, design, marketing, and sales teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
Work closely with IT and development teams to define technical requirements, provide guidance during development, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Drive the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Measure and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders.
Provide regular reporting, analysis on product status, revenue impact; and regularly update to the leadership team on progress.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field;
Proven experience (5 years) in product management, with a focus on application development and management.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in application development and management.
