Assistant Manager, Quality Acquisition Lead_ 1 Year Contract

Job Purpose:

Responsible for network /BTS KPIs / extraction of both GA & Packs and analytics of sales & distribution KPI’s. Identify recurring reports and automate the report execution and delivery.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Effective analysis of Business KPI's/ BTS KPI.
• Ensure acquisition control - Quality & spread.
• Develop/maintain standard reports, distribution KPIs/ BTS KPI and performance dashboards to ensure they deliver effective support to business needs, improve visibility to business performance and enable effective decision making.
• Necessary inputs and coordination with regions to drive acquisition quality & spread.
• Market and competitor tracking and reporting.
• Work upon BTS wise Distribution KPI.
• Work closely with analytic BI team on business KPI.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports or analytical information.
• Provide ad-hoc / special reports and insights based on business requirement.

• Minimum 6 to 8 Years’ Experience in Sales/Distribution/ Telecom/ Channel Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field required but preferable MBA degree holder candidate.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team.
• Bilingual for both English /Myanmar Language.
• Coaching and Management skill.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
