Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Take full responsibility for the efficient management and control of warehouse operations.
Oversee warehouse resources, including staff, equipment, security, sanitation, and administrative functions.
Lead and organize the team to achieve targeted performance, including New & RGB usage and minimizing damages within set targets.
Supervise the maintenance and proper utilization of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards, as well as the security of facilities and inventory.
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment while optimizing the use of all resources.
Manage and control warehouse budgets and forecasts to meet financial targets.
Oversee and ensure effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Monitor inventory levels regularly to support production planning through daily, weekly, and monthly physical counts, variance reconciliation, and accurate data entry.
Train, supervise, and develop the warehouse team to resolve operational issues and achieve performance objectives.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and work instructions.
Optimize warehouse space utilization, including layout planning and future capacity requirements.
Actively participate in factory development initiatives such as 5S, FIFO, ISO, GMP, HACCP, OHS, and other quality systems.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting through SAP systems.
Prepare reports and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) for management review.
Contribute to the improvement of production strategies, vision, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Warehouse Management (WHM) role within a manufacturing or factory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc. or B.A. preferred).
Proficiency in English as a second language is required.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in email, Microsoft Word, SAP systems, and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and policies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong leadership skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Implement cost reduction initiatives across all warehouse transactions and operational activities.
