Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations in Yangon. The role ensures safe, accurate, and efficient handling of inventory, shipping, receiving, and team coordination to meet customer and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
● Monitor inventory accuracy, perform stock checks, and support cycle counts and reconciliation.
● Coordinate with logistics, transport, and port teams to ensure timely shipment flow.
● Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and support training, discipline, and performance follow-up.
● Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with warehouse procedures and company standards.
● Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement in productivity and service quality.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
● Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with supervisory or assistant manager exposure.
● Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
● Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and coordinate across departments.
● Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with WMS or inventory systems is an advantage.
● Willing to work in Dagon Myothit (East), Yangon.
