Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Oversee daily inventory levels, conducting regular physical stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy against the system.

- Coordinate the picking, packing, and staging of goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and paperwork (Invoices, Delivery Orders).

- Plan and optimize warehouse storage layouts to ensure efficient space utilization and easy accessibility of goods (First-In, First-Out / FIFO implementation).

- Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse assistants, and operators.

- Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.

- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, Oracle, or advanced Microsoft Excel for data tracking
- Strong knowledge of standard logistics documentation (Delivery Orders, Goods Received Notes, Bill of Lading, Packing Lists). 

- Exceptional accuracy in dealing with numbers, codes, and inventory counts.

-  Ability to quickly resolve operational bottlenecks, shipping delays, or stock discrepancies.
