  • Participate in strategic initiatives focusing on price, promotions, assortment, and trading terms to deliver business objectives
  • Price execution – analysis and support to set right consumer price point in category, support price execution in trade via customer sell in stories, training and monitoring
  • Trade promotion and discounts – insight in promotional effectiveness and build recommendations to optimize promotional program, support in promotional guidelines and ROI measurement
  • Assortments – analyze assortment performance by brand, pack, price, channel, customers to increase ROS and generate business profit
  • Trading Terms – support in evaluating current contract performance and new proposal to business
  • Involve in building toolkits, processes and training that support business to deliver objectives
  • Participate to identify, introduce and monitor relevant KPI’s and ensure follow up through relevant reporting tools
  • Participate in the yearly commercial plan as part of the Value M team.

Job Requirements

Degree level or equivalent

3+Yrs experience as mid-senior level within sales / commercial environment

English, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, familiar with ERP, Power BI

Ability to communicate clearly - Strong presentation skills

Ability to think strategically

Solid analytical skills and planning/organizing skills

Fluent in English
