  • Assist Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
  • Coordinate with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
  • Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness among consumers.
  • Generate marketing reports to management when needed.
  • Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
  • Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major (MBA more prefer).
  • 10 years plus experience in related field. Proven experience in managerial position for FMCG products in an emerging economy.
  • In-depth knowledge about relevant Brand subject areas and commercial experience in at least two Brands with focus on: portfolio development, communication & promotions planning, in-market execution.
  • Organizational skills, Communication skills, Adaptability.
  • The ability to analyze data and spot trends. Commercial awareness.
  • Creative skills, including writing, design and video editing.
  • Strong leadership and teamworking skills.
