Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Manager-level experience is preferred)
  • Prior experience in FMCG (Food & Beverage / Bakery products) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, ROI, and campaign performance to make effective decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
