  1. Lead in purchasing pharmaceutical items requested by customers (internal & external) in order to get their satisfaction.
  2. Select and purchase the vendor, suppliers supporting best service for AR.
  3. Manage the purchased items for timely delivery to store and other requested departments.
  4. Report and seek guidance from manager in decision making/purchasing critical items.
  5. Collaborate and perform with store and pharmacy manager for increasing sale and reduce damage items.
  6. Coach and train the purchase staffs for performance improvement.
  7. Analyze and report the supplier performance to get the best service ever.
  8. Monitor and collaborate with store supervisor to meet objective and KPIs.
  9. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the department.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Inventory Management, Logistic Management

  2. 5 years of experience in purchasing

  3. Good Customer Service Skills                                            

  4. Good Negotiation Skills                                                     

  5. Good Teamwork Skills

  6. Good Monitoring and Controlling Skills

  7. Good Problem-solving Skills

  8. Good Reporting and Feedback Skills
