Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with production and business objectives.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials such as PP granules, inks, lamination film, BOPP film and accessories.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Work closely with production, planning, and inventory teams to forecast material requirements.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels for continuous production while minimizing overstock and wastage.
  • Monitor delivery schedules to maintain just-in-time supply for high-volume manufacturing lines.
  • Plan and manage procurement budgets to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and pricing archives.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports on procurement status, material cost analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement.

  •  Diploma with strong procurement experience acceptable.

  • 2–5 years’ proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

  • Practical experience with procurement processes, customs documentation, and supplier management.

  • Familiarity with ERP is an advantage.

  • Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

  • Good numerical, analytical and Excel skills (cost analysis, PO tracking, reporting).
