•    Proactively generate new product ideas and develop detailed business requirements that align with internal business strategies and market opportunities.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product design, product approval, implementation, marketing, and customer support—to bring products from concept to market.
•    Execute the product roadmap effectively, ensuring milestones are met, and adapt strategies based on market changes and internal feedback.
•    Monitor product performance using dashboards and key metrics, and analyze data to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.
•    Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely product updates, and supporting ongoing product maintenance activities.
•    Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product launches, ensuring that all products comply with regulatory and internal standards.
•    Regularly report to the Head of Product Development, ensuring that the entire product portfolio is well-managed, up-to-date, and aligned with strategic objectives.
•    Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain product relevance and recommend timely product enhancements or new developments.
 

•    Minimum 4 years of experience in product development, preferably in the insurance or finance industry.
•    Experience working in an agile environment is an advantage.
•    Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and leading execution across cross-functional teams and business units.
•    Highly effective communicator who can clearly articulate technical and non-technical needs as well as present to senior management.
•    Passion for problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
•    Proficiency in both English and Burmese (spoken and written) is required.
