  1. Product Knowledge Development:

    • Stay current with the latest advancements and features of our phone products.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge guides, training materials, and resources.

  2. Training Program Design:

    • Design and implement training programs tailored to various roles within the sales and support teams.
    • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on sessions.

  3. Training Delivery:

    • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
    • Ensure that training is interactive, relevant, and aligns with company goals.

  4. Assessment and Feedback:

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
    • Modify training materials and methods based on feedback and performance metrics.

  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product development teams to understand upcoming releases and updates.
    • Collaborate with sales and support managers to identify specific training needs.

  6. Product Demonstrations:

    • Conduct live product demonstrations for team members to showcase key features and benefits.
    • Provide guidance on effective demonstration techniques.

  7. Documentation:

    • Create and maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs.
    • Ensure documentation is easily accessible and up-to-date.

Job Requirements

  • University level education. 
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile phone technology and features.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content for various learning styles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
