Job Description

  • Develop strategic sales plans and lead the team to successfully achieve assigned targets.
  • Effectively implement and execute the sales strategies and plans established by the management.
  • Continuously analyze market conditions, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct daily field visits and negotiate effectively with customers.
  • Successfully drive, manage, and close B2B (Business-to-Business) sales.
  • Develop and manage daily and monthly route/visit plans.
  • Efficiently organize and manage travel arrangements for regional trips.
  • Note: Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in engine oil and automotive accessories.

Job Requirements

  • Must be over 35 years of age and hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in the sales field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience at the Assistant Manager level.
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively and stay overnight for regional business trips.
  • Must hold a Certificate or Diploma related to Sales/Marketing.
  • Must be in good health, possess excellent and clear communication skills, and demonstrate a strong team spirit.
  • Must be able to drive both a car and a motorcycle, and hold a valid driver's license.

Remuneration:

  • Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
