  • Providing technical direction and business guidance to theengineering team. 
  • Managing and leading the sales and marketing team to achieve the target and excel to business growth
  • Drives sales through account planning, and resource planning and allocation. 
  • Also establishing new leads, grow the sales pipeline, implement strategies in increasing market penetration to meet short and long term business objective.
  • Proactively develops and
  •  maintains a team of high‐performing Sales Engineers and continually seeks innovative methods for improving team performance.

Job Requirements

  • Any grauadate perferr in MBA
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in related technical appliances sales and marketing
  • Understanding the marketing practices and business drive
  • Sound knowledge on technology and engineering aspect of the products and market
  • Must have the team leading experience
  • Managerial skill or supervisory experience is appropriate
  • Situation analysis, problem solving, solution creation and sales driving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word
  • Willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
  • Need to travel if required
