The position holder will support the Commercial Banking Department and the Stakeholder Management team in building long-term relationships with strategic business partners, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities, and implementing Commercial Banking Ecosystems.

• Onboard customers within the ecosystem to connect with the bank.

• Assist and facilitate collaboration with external partner organizations.

• Facilitate and streamline cross-functional collaboration between Commercial Banking and other departments.

• Support customer acquisition campaigns for the SME, Local Corporate, and International Corporate departments.

• Identify potential new business customers from existing bank clients' supply chains, including suppliers, distributors, agents, and retailers.

• Visit customers and analyze their business conditions to uncover new business opportunities for the bank.

• Thoroughly understand the bank’s products, services, and trade-related offerings to recommend suitable products and provide financial solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Introduce and refer new customers across the SME, Local Corporate, and International Corporate departments.

• Systematically monitor, track, and record the status of referred customers.

• Ensure established targets for new customer acquisition and referrals are met.

• Build strong relationships with chambers of commerce, business associations, embassies, development organizations, and strategic partners.

• Assist in organizing business networking events, partner meetings, seminars, and stakeholder engagement events.

• Prepare business reports, data analysis, and business opportunity assessments.

• Appropriately record and maintain customer business data, NPS scores, and relevant reports/dashboards in accordance with the bank’s requirements.

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the banking sector or sales organizations.
• Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, along with a Postgraduate Diploma, a Business Management qualification, or an equivalent degree.
• Must be customer-centric and dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction.
• Ability to provide accurate and effective financial solutions to customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Must uphold professional ethics and align with the bank’s core values.
• Professional and mature in managing diverse customer profiles and varying client needs.
