  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing & lift the brand

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department including Sales Admin Team

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department including Sales Admin Team

  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market

  • Keep training of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

  • Build and maintain effective relationship with key and existing potential clients

  • Monitor key accounts performance trends

  • Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning

  • Any Graduate

  • Prefer MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing

  • Age between 35 to 45 Years Old

  • Able to travel

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role and preferable experience in Lubricant Industry
