Assist the sales team with preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
Administrative support, including maintaining customer databases and sales records.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor degree plus diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
At least (3) years’ experience in the sales or customer service field. (More preferably in logistics or courier services)
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have driving license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
