Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

To check the KBZ Trust’s cash accounts, client communications, monthly reporting and to assist in client provided document reviews.

The role holder is also responsible to support for developing and maintaining operation, relationships with clients and supporting to Trust Manager for daily operation process and other necessaries.

  • Authorise for account opening, closing and maintenance, overall monitoring transaction of Trust’s Accounts which related to deposit, transfer, daily disbursements.
  • Processing daily, weekly, monthly transactional reports and other related financial reports.
  • Track and monitor monthly settlement activities.
  • Budget planning and tracking.
  • Perform all Core Banking authorize and the sending and retrieving of client information, including collateral held under Trust as requested.
  • Good communication existing accounts, obtain orders, an establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to manage on existing or potential customers.
  • Help the HOD including collateral management, fund intake and document/agreement review (for example – checking documents for new accounts opening process and Trust related agreements).
  • Closely working with the HOD, the client communications including checking of official letters, presentation preparation and drafting of Trust related agreements.
  • Organizing Fees collection for client accounts and summarizing payments.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
  • Have good common sense, good logic and problem-solving skills Trustworthy and good team player.
  • Very Energetic, Enthusiastic and Eager to Learn.
  • Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting.
  • With 3 to 5 experiences in Banking Industry
  • Strong knowledge in Banking Operations and Banking software.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and MS Word Skills a must.
