  • Identifying the target market and develop new business to enrich the portfolio and pursue growth opportunity and increase portfolio of existing business
  • To grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad-based relationships with an existing client base - Customer engagement / personal visits at pre-defined frequency to identify client needs and provide need-based solutions by cross selling from the entire product basket
  • Manage the relationships of clients provided by MCB in order to enhance wallet share
  • Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of number of customers, volumes and revenue for the segment
  • Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bank’s portfolio
  • Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee-based income
  • Demonstrated pro-active ownership and expertise in managing credit risk and optimizing risk capital usage
  • Understand customers business profile / requirements and fulfil needs via products/services offered by MCB
  • Develop strong working relations with all existing clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction
  • Proactively use financial analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the corporate client
  • Any Ah Hoc duties assigned by reporting officer

Job Requirements

  • B.com/Any degree
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work-experience in corporate banking
  • Good at maintaining contacts and networking.
  • Able to do Multi-tasking
  • Self- confident & determined
  • Sale and service focus
  • Drive for result
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong network within and outside the branch
  • Must be able to use MS Word, Excel
  • Must have analysis skills for credit appraisal
