Assistant Vice President (Creative Director – CXM Department)                 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, setup, conceptualise original ideas, develop a kickass design, create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for designing (create and make) brand materials for both online and offline channels. This includes visuals for advertisements, websites, email, customer comms and social content.
  • The job goes beyond the creation of visuals; responsible for translating business objectives into campaigns to meet the annual sales and marketing goals through effective execution.
  • Execute the campaigns within the budget. Evaluate relevant KPI’s of campaigns to ensure optimal allocation of investments.
  • Gather market and consumer insights to inform marketing plans as well to provide directions when it comes to all aspects of the brand; messaging and design direction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies who support us with developing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • A Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or related field.
  • Have 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Relevant exposure to many types of digital creative work, from marketing campaigns to maintaining websites.
  • Analytical skills to create data-driven marketing campaigns, as well as making sense of campaign results.
  • Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in video post-production including editing, motion graphics/animation etc.
