Job Description

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations.
Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of furniture products, raw materials, and accessories.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and handling of furniture to prevent damage.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage space for operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit inventory, warehouse performance, and operational reports.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure security of warehouse assets and company property.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, construction materials, furniture manufacturing, or project operations.
● Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on warehouse supervision experience.
● Solid knowledge of inventory control, materials management, stock handling, and warehouse processes.
● Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems for reporting and tracking.
● Good understanding of construction or furniture materials and quality control standards.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
● Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
