Water treatment and sewage treatment plants Associate Engineer (Mechanical) job description

Perform regular maintenance inspections and calibration of online sensors and equipment in accordance with the Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS).
Review and submit daily routine maintenance work reports to the AM for monitoring and follow-up.
Conduct and review daily and monthly spare-parts inventory, and report the status to the AM.
Conduct inspections of abnormal water meter conditions and locator internal regulations, and prepare and submit inspection reports to the AM.
Perform internal breakdown maintenance and coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance requirements.
Prepare and submit purchase requests for machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts as required, and report to the Team Head.
Prepare and submit annual calibration service requisitions for relevant instruments and equipment. Update and report to the AM regarding machinery and tool work instructions, SOPs, and maintenance process flowcharts.
Maintain effective cooperation and coordination with the operations (water Team) and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and reliable plant operation.
Prepare and submit monthly maintenance summary reports, completed works, breakdowns, preventive maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer (BE) .
Mechanical engineer with 3 years’ experience in Factory production or maintenance.
Knowledge/experience in mechanical and electrical field.
Language and communication skills adequate for daily communication regarding job priorities and deadlines.
Must be able to cooperate well with others and work as part of a team.
Microsoft Office, excel and PowerPoint.
