  • Water treatment and sewage treatment plants Associate Engineer (Mechanical) job description
  • Perform regular maintenance inspections and calibration of online sensors and equipment in accordance with the Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS).
  • Review and submit daily routine maintenance work reports to the AM for monitoring and follow-up.
  • Conduct and review daily and monthly spare-parts inventory, and report the status to the AM.
  • Conduct inspections of abnormal water meter conditions and locator internal regulations, and prepare and submit inspection reports to the AM.
  • Perform internal breakdown maintenance and coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit purchase requests for machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts as required, and report to the Team Head.
  • Prepare and submit annual calibration service requisitions for relevant instruments and equipment. Update and report to the AM regarding machinery and tool work instructions, SOPs, and maintenance process flowcharts.
  • Maintain effective cooperation and coordination with the operations (water Team) and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and reliable plant operation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly maintenance summary reports, completed works, breakdowns, preventive maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer (BE) .
  • Mechanical engineer with 3 years’ experience in Factory production or maintenance.
  • Knowledge/experience in mechanical and electrical field.
  • Language and communication skills adequate for daily communication regarding job priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to cooperate well with others and work as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office, excel and PowerPoint.
