- Prepare and initiate the approval process for Power System Application office-related activities, ensuring all required documentation is in place and complaint with Internal Regulation.
- Prepare and initiate the approval processes for Purchae Requisitions, Purchase Applications, Payment Applications, and Work Orders within the Procurement Software system.
- Prepare and initiate the approval process for EC certificate renewal, ensurin timely submission and complicance with regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on quarterly revenue sharing fees and colocation fees to ensure timely collection from Internet Service Providers.
- Prepare and initiate the invoice requisition approval process to the Finance and Accounting Department (FAD) for the collection of revenue sharing fees from Internet Service Provider.
- Carrying out tasks newly assigned by management in accordance with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (EP or EC) OR Any Graduate
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Must have a minimum 1 yera experience in Power or Telecommunication Field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
