Description

B2B (business-to-business) Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for a company by acquiring new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of the related industry and its unique challenges. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to use this knowledge to inform your sales strategy. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to propose suitable products/services.
  • Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to generate leads and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have B2B Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
