Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven C&I Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar solutions to factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, and other industrial clients.
Candidates with strong project sales experience, especially in solar, electrical, EPC, or construction-related industries, are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
•    Identify and develop new business opportunities for C&I solar projects 
•    Promote and sell solar energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers 
•    Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits 
•    Prepare quotations, proposals, and project follow-ups 
•    Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for project requirements 
•    Manage customer relationships and maintain sales pipelines 
•    Handle project negotiations, contract discussions, and closing processes 
•    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 
•    Follow up on tender projects and large-scale commercial opportunities

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field 
•    Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in project sales, solar, electrical, EPC, or construction industry 
•    Experience handling commercial and industrial clients 
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
•    Able to prepare proposals and quotations professionally 
•    Good understanding of project sales processes 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
•    Basic knowledge of solar systems is an advantage 
•    Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

•    Experience in Solar PV or Renewable Energy industry 
•    Experience handling tender or EPC projects 
•    Existing network with industrial or corporate clients 
•    Strong business development skills
