  • Execute, manage and drive the revenue growth strategies/initiatives assigned by the Organization
  • Lead and direct the sales team to delivering excellent service to corporate clients in respect of the Life Insurance business
  • Achieve both top and bottom line targets generated from the corporate clients
  • Identify and solicit potential client portfolio
  • Establish and maintain close relationship with clients and insurers
  • Oversee the operations and ensure the service standard of the Company
  • Provide appropriate training to team members
  • Follow the Sales Process
  • Achieve the Business Target.
  • New Business
  • Renewals
  • New Acquisition of Clients
  • Claims/Complaints/Ethics.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with descent Pass percentage
  • Should Speak/Read/Write English
  • Minimum + 5 Years of Working Experience in Sales is Preferably Financial Products.
  • Team Handling Experience is preferred.
  • Past record of achieving Sales Targets
  • People from Institutional Sales back ground preferred.

Other Qualities:

  • Candidates from Local Area preferred.
  • Good Communication Skill – One to One and One to Many
  • Hard working/Structured/Organized.
  • Like to meet people
  • Ambitious/self-motivated.
