A Big Opportunity for ...

With the opening up of the Insurance market in Myanmar, Yoma Bank is looking to establish a Bancassurance partnership(s) with the insurance company(s). Depending on the right experiences & profile the Bancassurance role could be a manager to head level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with proposed partners to establish relationships
• Work with proposed partners in the request for proposal (RFP) process
• Evaluate RFPs and engage with Yoma Bank management and Board to facilitate the selection process
• Establish the partnership(s)
• Propose and get approval from the Bancassurance business plan to/from Yoma Bank management and Board
• Set up the Bancassurance business in Yoma Bank in partnership with the Insurance provider(s)
• Grow the Bancassurance business as per the agreed business plan

Job Requirements

Education & Special Training Essential

• Degree holder qualified with a demonstrated track record in Bancassurance leadership roles, with strong experiences in sales and business management as well as product development.
• Strong Communication, presentation, and influencing skills will be essential.

Experience Essential

• Minimum relevant experience of 4-6years is required.
Desirable
• General Insurance background with working knowledge in the technical aspect of the business.

Languages Essential

• Strong knowledge of English.

Desirable

• Myanmar language would be desirable.
