Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Primarily responsible for conducting the valuation of properties such as residential, commercial, industrial buildings as well as vacant land.
  • Prepare valuation reports in accordance with bank’s policy and submit it to respective department for further process.
  • Perform cross-checking if the valuation of external assessor seems inflated
  • Keep an eye on the market to observe the price volatility of the properties and raise out the potential issues.
  • Any other duties as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bank assessor
  • Able to travel across the country
  • Banking experience is a must
  • Good personality and trustworthy
