Team player role in business intelligence stream, the role holder is accountable for working in business intelligence tasks as an individual contributor. We are seeking experienced resources in this position, therefore the confidence and capability to work independently are expected from a BI analyst.

1. Support the business inquiries pertaining to the delivery of information on day to day basis.
2. Support the development of KPI’s that are most important to decision makers.
3. Automation and digitization of information dashboards.
4. Develop KPI dashboards for leadership team use
5. Delivering high-quality reporting and insights through automation, insight, and challenge to business areas.
6. Develop, track, and enforce consistent data definitions and assumptions across KPI metrics and reporting
7. Advise in the usage, interpretation, and automation of data to various business partners including but not limited to recommended tools and software
8. Develop and implement strategies to support ongoing data management needs, such as governance, technology shifts, and regulatory compliance changes
9. Supporting the development of an analytics roadmap.
10. Interaction with customers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify data analytics-driven business opportunities
11. Participate in the full lifecycle of an analytics or BI project: from gathering and understanding the requirements to creating the functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the detailed technical design and implementation, to preparing and executing the functional tests
12. Track and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle.

1.    Degree in quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering etc.).
2.    4 – 8 years of professional experience in the area of data analysis, business analysis, reporting and business intelligence.
3.    Expert level competency in SQL scripting and understanding of visualization platforms such as power BI / Tableau.
4.    Experience in dealing with large data platforms.
5.    Experience in performance tuning of databases, writing stored procedures, job scheduling, ETL design etc.
6.    Exposures to open source platforms such as Python is desirable but not mandatory.
