  • Responsible for managing all matters in the branch.
  • Direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation.
  • Achieve the targeted revenue, profitability, risk control, Job Creation, and training objectives in the Branch Budget.
  • Managing the staff at the branch, including Recruitment, training, technical support, meetings, supervisor, and staff evaluation...
  • Organizing all operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel.
  • Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance.
  • Lead the sales team, keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to building an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch.
  • Develop and implement an overall long-term plan for the AtoZ branch.
  • Product Compare for Competitors' Activities & Excellent Customer Services.
  • Submit regular reporting on financial and operations matters to the hierarchy.
  • Analysing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.
  • Supervising the administrative work of the branch office.
  • Build a healthy relationship and partnership with the government and customers.
  • Preparing and controlling the warehouse operations to ensure overall efficiency.
  • Monitoring stock levels and warehouse management.
  • Dealing with complaints from customers to ensure excellent service and maintain the branch's reputation.
  • Collect market results and submit the obtained information to AtoZ HO.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable must be checked. To speed up the company's cash flow. Must be able to reduce the debt system.
  • If the products arrive from Yangon (or the supplier), check the purchase receipt and the consignment note to check whether the products are good or bad.
  • Inspecting the areas in the branch and resolving any issues that might arise.
  • Planning and overseeing branch promotional events or displays.
  • Keeping abreast of marketing trends to determine the need for improvements in the branch.
  • Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships. Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Direct Reporting Manager & Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree, more preferred in Business Administration/ Accounting/Operations Background.
  • Age (30 to 45) years old.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a retail/wholesale manager or in another managerial position in Trading.
  • Knowledge of retail and wholesale management best practices (more preferred in the home appliance field)
  • Dynamic Sales professional with impeccable execution capabilities; deep understanding of traditional and innovative sales strategies.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – written and oral.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good working attitude, receptive to training and supervision, but able to work independently.
  • Analytical, interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, transparency, and honesty.
  • An analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
  • Ability to work effectively and must have strong team spirit, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work long hours with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Commercial and marketing awareness.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level proficiency with MS Office.
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
  • High level of commitment to duty, and discipline.
  • Strong focus on impact and achieving set targets.
  • Must be neatly dressed.
