Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and supervise clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize patient scheduling systems to maximize resource utilization and minimize wait times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to uphold and continuously improve standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Oversee patient records management to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department on inventory management for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Conduct regular meetings—including staff, operational, office, and clinical meetings—as well as training sessions to foster communication and reinforce compliance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance clinic operations.
  • Develop and update clinical training materials, customer service manuals, and sales scripts.
  • Maintain accurate machinery records and coordinate routine maintenance for all clinical equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in healthcare management is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in customer service, marketing, and operational management.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in improving clinic operations and patient experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing strategies and patient engagement techniques.
  • Proficient in healthcare management systems and other software as needed.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
